We developed an advanced digital signal processing workflow to analyze ultrasound data and non-invasively detect gastroesophageal reflux (GER). We developed various signal analysis steps, both at series and data frame levels by leveraging python-related libraries. As a deliverable, we implemented a graphical user interface via the use of jupiter widgets, enabling a simple and interactive signal data analysis platform.
